A tough police sergeant's overbearing mother comes to visit him and begins to meddle in his life and career. A Las Vegas mob enforcer travels back to his hometown to investigate his brother's mysterious death. A woman named May Munro contacts and wants him to kill the three men who killed her family years ago, who work for the Leon crime family. After the entire warehouse goes up due to the chain of bombs exploding, it appears that all inside have been killed, but Ray and May escape unseen through a tunnel. The Leons get him to work with the police and he looks for the bomber. The next morning, May is preparing to leave to kill Joe Leon herself but Ray tells her to let go of the past.
